This gentle yoga workshop is designed for those suffering from chronic low back pain. Students will learn yoga poses that help to lengthen the spine, relax the muscles, and open the hips. No experience necessary.
Class will begin with an informative lecture which will cover topics such as alternative therapies for pain management, whole food diet to reduce inflammation, and restful sleep protocols.
Attire: Yoga pants, t-shirt, shorts, or general work-out clothes. Nothing too baggy. Bare-feet.
