This friendly yoga class is designed for the beginning and intermediate level student. It moves at a medium pace. New students are welcome to do a free trial class. Students will work on all categories of poses - seated poses, standing poses, twists, forward bends and backward bends, balancing poses, and inversions. Instructor Ellie Pickering teaches Iyengar-style yoga and provides an assortment of props for ease and comfort. All are welcome!
